Spiced gazpacho

ingredients
Diced tomatoes 5
Seeded cucumber   1
Garlic cloves 5
Red pepper 1
Olive oil 50g
Sherry vinegar QS
Salt, pepper, spices  
Water  

 

Explanation

Slice the tomatoes in quarters and seed them. Take the seeds out of the pepper. Peel and seed the cucumber.

Put all of it sliced in a transparent 1L bowl and mix.

Peel and remove the garlic germ. Crush it in your hand. Add in the bowl and mix.

Pass it through a conical strainer, then add the remaining ingredients.  Always serve very cold.

advice

You should always take off the germ from the garlic, otherwise the preparation curdles.

Garlic should not be sliced with a knife. You should simply crush it by hand
