Crêpes batter

ingredients
Flour  500 g
Salt 10 g
Eggs 8
Whole milk 1,5 l
Melted butter 200g

 

Explanation

Mix the flour, the salt and the eggs by gradually adding the milk to obtain a smooth batter. Add the melted butter.

This batter will be used for the following recipes (skewers of ham/salmon rolls)

advice

Use a Crêp'party to prepare the crêpes as it is just the right size that is required for the rolls.  It is possible to prepare the crêpes in advance and bring them cooked at the event.

Variante
Cake with Smarties

500g of crêpes batter
500g of Nesquik
1 kg of Smarties (or M&Ms)

Mix it all together and cook in the oven.
