You can prepare with ease creams, mousses, eggwhites, sauces, batters, mayonnaise...it will become effortless.
But also, sponge cake mixtures, almond pastes, soufflés, chantilly whipped cream, and sauces, pancake mixtures, meringues, whipped cheese,etc...
On this model it is not possible to remove part of the whisks assembly for cleaning.
Start by unplugging then rinse it under running water, never use jet spray guns motor can sustain serious damages by splashing water passing thru ventilations slots.
To clean the inside portion of the whisks you can also place the unit into clear water and start the machine for few seconds.
